Travel + Leisure Magazine placed Chicago in the top 5 of the best U.S. cities for foodies. With top chefs such as Rick Bayless, David Burke, and Stephanie Izard running some of our most popular restaurants it’s no surprise!
Some of the problems with Chicago having so many great choices, as well new places opening all the time, is that for many Chicagoans there isn’t enough time or money to enjoy them all.
Luckily we live in a generous city with food festivals galore in the warm months and one very special one at the beginning of each year.
Chicago Restaurant Week starts tomorrow, January 24 and lasts through February 6. Featuring over 280 restaurants Restaurant Week is the perfect time to try out all of the places you have been wondering about.
Each participating restaurant designs a prix fixe meal for lunch and/or dinner so diners can enjoy a multi-course sampling of their fare for prices ranging from $22-44.
