Terri Buseman has sold over 23 Million in real estate since 2004. She is a 26 year resident of the South Loop and has experienced first hand it’s rapid growth. She and her husband are raising a family, and therefore can relate to the challenges families face when making real estate changes.
Although a resident of the South Loop, she has helped several people buy or sell real estate throughout Chicago. Terri loves Chicago and it’s various neighborhoods. She is excited about what each neighborhood has to offer and the value that exists in all of them.

As a native Chicagoan Molly Heyen has an intimate knowledge of the life and culture of the city. Her meticulous organizational skills gives her the ability to create systems that help others prioritize their needs and see the big picture.
Her involvement in Toastmasters has taught her how to complete projects in a timely and thorough manner with others on a voluntary basis, when members of the team have differing schedules.

Molly likes to spend her free time with her husband, taking road trips in their Corvette, wakeboarding with friends, cross-country skiing, playing pool, and learning about whiskey, cigars, and wine.
